RETURNS

The customer who purchased the goods in the WNatural.pl Online Store may return it without giving reasons, by submitting a written statement, within 14 working days from the day of receiving the order. The return should take place immediately and not later than within 14 days. The goods should be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, in the original packaging along with a photocopy of the proof of purchase. (Journal of Laws of March 31, 2000).

- In the case of payment using a payment card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.

-Any returns and shipments sent at the expense of the WNatural.pl Online Store and the company operating the store are not accepted, unless other arrangements have previously been made.
